You are invited to a fall mushroom and forest walk with Elisha Poulin and Dr. Nitya Eisenheim in the Wendell state forest on Friday, October 18th from 10am-12pm. Come explore the wonderful world of fungi in their home environment, the woods, in this beautiful and transformative time of year. We will walk and discuss the edible, medicinal and poisonous fungi and any medicinal plants that we find that day. Elisha will be showing us how to use field guides to safely identify mushrooms in the field. I’ll make up a batch of my fungi chai for us to sip along the trail.
